I confirm and agree that any surplus funds from a specific project donation, chosen from the list, may be transferred to the 'Evkaf Ukraine General Donation' account if the target financial resources for that project have been met.

The donor acknowledges that any surplus will not be refunded and will instead be utilized for humanitarian aid purposes. Evkaf Ukraine commits to issuing an annual report detailing all donations and how they have been allocated. Donors contributing to a specific project agree to allow their donations to be reallocated to other projects if the original project's funding goal has been reached.
